I love teaming up with both new and seasoned therapists to collaborate about case conceptualization and develop creative, out-of-the-box interventions that are both engaging and effective. With nearly a decade of experience working with adults, adolescents and families, my work is rooted in Feminist and Liberation Psychology principles and my toolkit weaves together trauma-informed, evidence-based practices with creative, nature-based and psycho-spiritual interventions.

In addition to running a full private practice, I offer clinical workshops, trainings and retreats for therapists and for community mental health agencies such as Westcoast Children's Clinic and Kaiser Permanente. I also teach and mentor future therapists at the California Institute of Integral Studies Expressive Arts Therapy Program. I am also a visual artist, activist and writer and published my first workbook in September 2021, The Introvert Journal for Teens: Guided Prompts to Help You Navigate Life and Celebrate Your Strengths.
